Terms of Service for Commissions
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms:
1) I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2) Conditions for Reposting+ The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given, and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.3) Prohibited Actions+ Altering my artwork without asking for permission beforehand, except for cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.+ Use my artwork as a reference for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.+ Claiming the artwork as your own.
4) I DON’T DO NSFW/18+5) MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.6) I accept payment via PayPal only. Depending on the type of work, I could charge more for details and extra things. I also have all the rights to decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with what the commissioner asks.
7) Refund Policy+ If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.+ If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.+ No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.+ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.+ A full refund will be given if I (the artist) cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it in any state.
I work per queue, first come, first serve. If you came after somebody came in first on the line, please wait in my queue (I will add you to a list and share the process like this:)Person A’s Process: (in each process, I’ll add the percentage according to how I slowly work it. 10) If you want me to refrain from posting your commission online, you must tell me when you order. Also, if you don’t wish to be mentioned in said post, let me know beforehand and I’ll post it as an anonymous commission.
